About Me
My name is Radhika Sophie. I guide women, men and couples through deep emotional exploration, working with energy and awareness.
Like many people, my journey began with pain, searching and a sense of disconnection in my relationships, my body and myself.
For over a decade, I have been exploring, studying and living Tantra.
I have studied in traditional and modern settings in Israel and internationally. My approach brings ancient wisdom together with insights from psychology, awareness, breathwork, touch, yoga and meditation.
